Kimberly Lew is a published playwright with one-acts Last Night in London and Retail Rage or How I Spent My Summer Vacation available for licensing with Playscripts, Inc. Her latest short play, Subway Stories, or How Not to Do Your Homework on the R Train, is available for licensing with Brooklyn Publishers. She also co-wrote (with Gabriella Miyares) a comedy/drama titled Searching for Candi: a play about porn, vengeance… and friendship, which received its first production with Project: Theatre at Mt. Holyoke College in April 2011. Her short play, Getting to Know You [and Me], was a finalist for the 2011 Heideman Award, and full-length, Other People’s Children, was a Semi-Finalist for the O’Neill Playwrights Conference and Ashland New Plays Festival. Her latest play, The Memory Queen, had a reading at The New Ohio in January 2013, directed by Rusty Thelin. 

She has also had her writing appear online with The Washington Post, Fodors, Extra Crispy, HelloGiggles, Crazytown blog, West Side Rag, The Billfold, The Toast, Publishing Trends, and Publishing Trendsetter.

She currently works full time in publishing.
